CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD

1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. cream
3 tbsp. salad dressing
Mix well and add to rest of ingredients. Let stand several hours.
